When your mind is loud, begin here.
Pal is a Christian wellness app and faith-based companion for anxious, overwhelmed, irritable, sad, hurt, or discouraged moments.
A verse. A calming thought. One small step.Breathing and gratitude when you need help finding your way back.
I made this because I needed it first.
There was a season when I was carrying anxiety, perimenopause, chronic stress, caregiving, grief, motherhood, and long hours of work—while still trying to look as though I was fine.
I often knew what I believed. But when fear was loud and my body felt unfamiliar, I needed help reaching it.
Comfort did not always arrive as a dramatic breakthrough. Sometimes it came as a verse I could hold onto. A slower breath. An honest prayer. One small thing I could do next. A reminder to notice what was still good.
Those small moments became a practice. That practice became Pal.
The comfort I received is the comfort I now pass on.Inspired by 2 Corinthians 1:4.
Pal was made for you if you are
- Carrying more than one person should have to carry.
- Anxious, but tired of being told to “just calm down.”
- Living in a body that has begun to feel unfamiliar.
- Trying to care for everyone while quietly running out of strength.
- Holding onto your faith, even when you do not have the words to pray.
- Needing help with the next few minutes—not pressure to fix your whole life.

This was not created from outside the hard days.
I am a wife, mother, homeschool parent, caregiver, and business builder. I am not sharing from a place of having everything figured out.
Pal grew from my own journey through anxiety, chronic stress, health fears, perimenopause, grief, and years of pushing myself beyond what was sustainable.
I had to learn that healing was not about becoming fearless or endlessly productive. It was about no longer leaving myself alone in difficult moments.
It meant listening instead of fighting. Resting without guilt. Praying honestly. Taking care of my body without making every sensation a story. Becoming a safer place for myself—and, in turn, for the people I love.
Pal is the companion I wished I could reach for during those moments. Now, it is here for you.
When one woman begins to heal, the comfort does not stop with her.
It reaches her children. Her relationships. Her home. The people she will one day be able to sit beside and say, “I understand.”
Mind Rnwd exists to help overwhelmed women become safer places for themselves and for the people they love. Pal is one small way that mission begins.
You do not have to carry the whole day at once.
Begin with what you need right now.
Pray. Breathe. Receive. Begin again.

How does Pal help with Christian anxiety relief?
Pal is rooted in Philippians 4:8 — gently helping you turn your attention toward what is true, steady and good.
When you tap “Anxious,” you’ll receive a Bible verse chosen for that feeling, a grounding thought that meets you where you are, and one small step to help you feel a little more settled right now.
There’s no pressure to immediately feel better or push fear away. Pal makes space for what you’re feeling while gently reminding you where you can place your trust.
What does Pal Premium include?
Premium unlocks everything.
All six emotional tracks — Anxious, Overwhelmed, Irritable, Sad, Hurt, and Discouraged — with 300 support cards in total, 50 for each emotion.
Unlimited sessions, so you can return as often as you need without running out.
All four guided breathing patterns — Box, 5-5, 4-7-8, and 2-4 — for when your body needs to settle before your mind can.
The gratitude journal stays free whether you subscribe or not.
Does Pal use daily streaks or notifications?
No. Pal has no streaks, no badges, no tracking, and no reminders nagging you to come back.
It's built to be a quiet place you open when you need it, and to stay out of your way when you don't. Missing a day costs you nothing.
Why does the app look different on my phone?
Pal follows your phone's text size setting, so the layout adjusts to whatever you've chosen. Some Android phones ship with larger text turned on by default, which can make headings and buttons take up more room than you'd expect.
If you'd like more on screen at once, you can change this in your device settings — Display or Accessibility, depending on your phone. And if you need larger text, Pal works at every size, just with more scrolling.
