By accessing or using the Mind Rnwd app ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

About Mind Rnwd
Mind Rnwd is a faith-based wellness app offering scripture, calming reflections, and gratitude tools to support emotional wellbeing. The App is not a substitute for professional mental health care, medical advice, or crisis support (see Disclaimer).

Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

Subscriptions & Payments

  • Mind Rnwd offers a limited number of free sessions for select features. Full access requires a paid subscription.
  • Subscription pricing: $5.99/month or $39.99/year.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Mind Rnwd cannot process refunds directly — refund requests are handled by Apple or Google per their respective policies.

Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to disrupt its functionality, reverse-engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Content
All scripture references, original written content, verses, prompts, and design elements within the App are provided for personal encouragement and reflection. Content should not be used to make medical, psychological, or legal decisions.

Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and design within Mind Rnwd are the property of Mind Rnwd and may not be reproduced or redistributed without permission.

Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Limitation of Liability
Mind Rnwd is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the App, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
