About Me

I am not a doctor. I am a 42-year-old woman living with vestibular migraines, anxiety,
and perimenopause — with shingles, earthquakes, and typhoons along the way.
All while working full time, caring for my mother, and homeschooling my children.

I built these prayers for myself. I use them every day.
And they have helped me more than anything else has.

I am a step ahead of you — not an expert above you. That is all.

What I Believe

I believe God has always wanted us to have a healthy, abundant life.
Which is why the instruction has always been clear — give your cares to me.
Do not be anxious. In every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving.

Science is now catching up to what Scripture has always known —
chronic stress, fear, and negative emotions take a real toll on the body.
And practices like gratitude, prayer, and calm have measurable effects on our nervous system.

Mind Rnwd is not a cure. It is a daily practice of choosing — as often as we can — to fill our minds with what is true, what is good, and what is worthy of gratitude. Not because life is not hard.
But because we were given an instruction for exactly these moments.

"Whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure,
whatever is lovely — think about such things."
— Philippians 4:8

Why I Share This

"Who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort
those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God."
— 2 Corinthians 1:4

This is why Mind Rnwd exists. The comfort I found in my hardest seasons
is not something I can keep to myself. If it helped me — it might help you too.

What I Am Not

I am not a doctor, therapist, or pastor.
Mind Rnwd is not a substitute for medical care.
It is a faith-based daily practice shared by someone
who found it helpful and feels a responsibility to pass it on.

A Note on Faith

Mind Rnwd is built on Christian faith. The prayers, verses, and content reflect that.
